👤 Mr. Dinesh Kumar Yadav
Founder & Chief Coach, Rezang La Shooting Sports Academy
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Yadav is the visionary founder and chief coach of Rezang La Shooting Sports Academy. With a deep-rooted passion for shooting sports, he has been actively involved in the field since 2002 — beginning his journey as a school-level medalist. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to the development of aspiring shooters across multiple disciplines including:
10m Air Rifle
50m Rifle
Air Pistol
Sports Pistol
Standard Pistol
Free Pistol
Since founding the academy in 2014, Mr. Yadav has successfully nurtured and polished countless athletes, many of whom have gone on to achieve recognition at the state, national, and international levels.
In addition to his coaching achievements, he is also the founder of Hitika Sports Enterprises — a company that provides professional electronic setups and scoring systems for shooting sports competitions.
Mr. Yadav holds a degree in Information Technology Engineering, combining technical expertise with sports passion to bring precision and innovation to every aspect of athlete training and event management.
